Kiev does not fulfill the rules of the truce in the Donbass, an agreement which was reached in Minsk, said the Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev.
"The truce in Ukraine concluded in Minsk in February, Kiev fails. Kiev uses heavy weapons, which have long been required to be set aside from the line of contact, " said Patrushev, answering questions from correspondents on the last working day of the week.
He said that " power path is futile and only leads to new victims among civilians ".
