France has agreed to extradite to the Russian Federation, the former head of Kazakhstan's BTA Bank Mukhtar Ablyazov, said his lawyers.
According to lawyers, the decree on Extradition Ablyazov was signed by Prime Minister Manuel Valls 17 September, informs RIA "news" referring to France Press.
Ablyazov's lawyer said that his client wants to appeal the decision on Extradition to the Council of state of France.
