Nicolas Cage in Trouble With the IRS
Actor Nicolas Cage is in big trouble with the IRS for neglecting to pay his taxes to good old Uncle Sam. Apparently the situation is so bad that the US government now has a tax lien on some of his many real estate properties. Nicolas, 45, allegedly owes $6.3 million in unpaid back taxes, according to court papers obtained by People.
Even though he recently did some major liquidating by unloading his castle in Germany and trying to sell his homes in California, Vegas, and New Orleans, it simply wasn`t enough. It looks like he could be in danger of losing one or possibly all of his properties. Why does one person need that many residences anyway? Maybe this guy should think about signing up for a Marriott rewards card instead.
