Poland has decided to nullify the Founding act Russia-NATO
Warsaw wants to nullify the Founding act of the NATO-Russia 1997, said the Minister of foreign Affairs of Poland Witold Waszczykowski.
"It was an agreement of a political nature, not legally binding (for performance), adopted in other international realities. We require the alignment of level of security, "said Waszczykowski, RIA "news" referring to " the Newspaper Wyborcza ". The head of the Polish foreign Ministry confirmed that it wishes to seek recognition of the Founding act NATO-Russia invalid. In 1997 Russia and NATO signed the Founding act on mutual relations, cooperation and security, creating common permanent Council NATO-Russia. In 2002 was established the Council NATO-Russia (NRC).
