In new Jersey was averted terrorist attack
Federal and local authorities are investigating another suspicious package once found a backpack containing up to five devices in new Jersey on Sunday.
The backpack was found in the trash at the train trestle Elizabeth, new Jersey, said mayor Chris Balweg. "Whoever threw it in a jar was probably trying to get rid of it".
On Sunday around 9:30 PM two men found the backpack in a dumpster and alerted the police when he saw the wires and tubes, he said. Cell phones or electronic devices of the synchronization was not found on devices, said the mayor.
There is no indication whether the latest incident in Elizabeth is associated with an explosion in the new York area, where 29 people were injured from the explosion. The FBI arrived on the scene and the robot was sent to explore the device. "Robots that went to disarm it, cut the wire and the bomb exploded," said Balweg. The police checked all the trash cans in the immediate vicinity, but found no other suspicious items.
