Jude Law wants to make two more Sherlock Holmes films
The actor played the iconic British detective?s loyal sidekick Dr. Watson in Guy Ritchie?s 2009 adaptation of Arthur Conan Doyle?s classic story. Robert Downey Jr. played the title character and the two men had such a good time filming, Jude is hoping for not one, but two sequels.
"I really hope we do two more," the 37-year-old star is quoted as saying. "I had a ball making the first one but I haven`t heard that we`re definitely going to do a sequel but I think it`s likely."
The Hollywood Reporter has claimed the first Sherlock Holmes sequel has been in the works for months. They have reported the script has already been written, and Brad Pitt is in negotiations to play Holmes? nemesis Moriarty.
Guy Ritchie and Warner Bros. have yet to officially confirm the sequel.
