U.S. Secretary of state Rex Tillerson begins a series of meetings in Asia this week with the region in military turmoil.
North Korean missiles rushing towards Japan. The American anti-missile batteries arrive in South Korea. The Minister of foreign Affairs of China fears a large-scale military confrontation. The state news Agency of China openly reflects on the fact that Asia is on the verge of a nuclear arms race, which was not since the cold war. This alone is not enough to destabilize the status quo.
