Died actor Charlie Murphy
Comedian Charlie Murphy died Wednesday after a long illness, he was sick with leukemia, according to his publicist Domenica Nati. Murphy was 57 years old. He was the older brother of the famous actor Eddie Murphy.
Murphy rose to fame by participating in the popular "Show Chappelle". His parody of "True Hollywood story Charlie Murphy", in which celebrities recall, became a cult hit. Featured in the film the younger brother of Eddie Murphy with Rick James, Prince and other celebrities.
A native of new York city, Murphy has toured with comedians George Lopez and D. L. Huli. One of the comedians Chris Rock, when he found out about his death, sent a message to Twitter: "We just lost one of the funniest, most of these brothers of all time. Charlie Murphy."
Murphy also starred in several films, including "jungle Fever", "the Lottery ticket" and "CB4". Murphy's wife, Tisha Taylor Murphy, has died from cervical cancer in 2009.
