Lady Gaga broke down in tears
The `Alejandro` singer was moved by the tribute, which features 268 fans - whom she affectionately refers to as Little Monsters - showing off gifts made for her and paying tribute to her from around the world thanking her for giving them a voice.
In reply Gaga tweeted: "So many tears, u make me whole little monsters. Without u, I would have no voice. Thank you :*( (sic)."
The fans refer to Gaga as their `Mother Monster` in the video, titled `Project Gaga 2010`.
A voice at the beginning of the video says: "We have come here today to thank you, Mother Monster, for giving all of us a voice.
"We thank you and salute you - for you have made us all free b*****s, baby. Hail the Queen of Monsters."
Gaga has previously admitted to being moved to tears by another video tribute by a fan, which was made for her 24th birthday on March 28.
Meanwhile it has been revealed a special stage has been custom made for the star - who is prone to creating huge and elaborate stage sets - for when she headlines the Lollapalooza festival later this summer at a cost of £100,000.
Festival boss and Jane`s Addiction frontman Perry Farrell said: "We`re bringing in a special stage for her, investing like a hundred grand to house what she`s doing. That`s massive.
"Only Lady Gaga could step in and say I`m a headliner."
