Abe called for "closure" in the matter of a peace Treaty with Russia
Prime Minister Shinzo Abe after talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin said he hoped to resolve the Issue of the conclusion of the Russo-Japanese peace Treaty during the lifetime of the present generation.
"The question of a peace Treaty is not signed for more than 70 years, is not easy to solve, but in our generation we wish to put an end to this problem. This is the main objective of our plan"
