Klimkin hinted at the involvement of Russia to the murder of Babchenko
The head of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin said that while early to say who might be behind the elimination of the Russian journalist Arkady Babchenko in Kiev, but said that the Russian Federation is taking a " different tactic for destabilization of Ukraine ".
