Filaret refused to recognize the Tomos of autocephaly of the "new Church" of Ukraine
Schismatic Filaret Denisenko said that he did not accept the "Tomos of autocephaly ""new Church" of Ukraine, As not familiar with its contents before receiving.
"New Church" of Ukraine was formed on the "unification Council" in Kiev at the beginning of winter in 2018 as a result, the merging 2 non-canonical Church structures existing in Ukraine. The head of the new "Autocephalous churches" became "Metropolitan" Epiphany Dumenko. The canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church headed by Metropolitan Onufry, did not want to participate in this event.
