Kylie Minogue: I test my boyfriends
Kylie Minogue says she"tests" her boyfriends by taking them on the road with her.
The 42-year-old singer is currently dating Spanish model Andres Velencoso and is smitten with the hunk. Kylie has revealed she knows Andres is the man for her because he was happy to do his own thing while she was busy rehearsing and performing for her tour in America. The star insists she can only date independent men who can cope with her hectic work schedule.
"It`s when I am on the road because that`s when it`s most difficult," she explained."Andres was around for a bunch of the North American tour dates. And Ididn`t have to worry about him. He took care of himself."
Kylie admits some of her previous lovers have become frustrated with her busy schedule and didn`t like being apart from her for long periods of time. However, Andres has his own successful career and understands the pressures of her work.
"He is very independent. I`ve had boyfriends who have stressed me out - and he doesn`t," she confessed. "He is easy going, funny, loving and really supportive."
