Sandra Bullock and Jesse James will stay in touch
The `Blind Side` star - who has now finalised her divorce from the motorcycle enthusiast, following revelations he cheated on her with a string of women - has reportedly vowed to keep in contact with her ex-husband for the sake of his children, Chandler, 15, Jesse Jr., 12, and six-year-old Sunny, from previous relationships.
A source close to the actress told People magazine: "It`s not like they`re talking every day, but they`re in touch about things. It really seems like it`s about the kids more than anything."
The couple split in April after numerous affair claims emerged, including those of tattoo model Michelle `Bombshell` McGee, who revealed she`d had an 11-month affair with Jesse.
While the pair began the process of adopting baby Louis when they were still together, the divorce papers specify that Sandra will now be the boy`s sole parent, while Jesse will retain custody of the three children he entered the marriage with.
The Oscar-winning actress - who has bought a house in her new son`s hometown of Louisiana to get out of the public eye - has been "chilling out" with Louis in Austin, Texas, since the divorce went through.
However, her ex-husband could soon become her neighbour, as he is reportedly thinking about purchasing a property in Austin.
The source explained: "He has a goal. He wants his life back, he wants some sense of normalcy and his family back."
