In the US the judge will consider the opportunity to accuse Flynn of perjury
Federal judge Emmet Sullivan has made it clear on Wednesday that he is considering to accuse Michael Flynn, former adviser to Donald trump on the state of security of perjury.
Sullivan appointed an independent consultant in the case of former Federal judge John Gleason.
