In the US the judge will consider the opportunity to accuse Flynn of perjury
Federal judge Emmet Sullivan has made it clear on Wednesday that he is considering to accuse Michael Flynn, former adviser to Donald trump on the state of security of perjury.
Sullivan appointed an independent consultant in the case of former Federal judge John Gleason.
first, the U.S. justice Department refused to Institute criminal prosecution Flynn, who in 2017 for a short time held a post of the adviser of the US President on national security. Flynn twice admitted in court to making false statements to the FBI, but then tried to refuse a guilty plea.
