Efron: marriage begins at 40
POOR VANESSA HUDGENS faces a long wait if she wants to get ZAC EFRON up the aisle.
The High School Musical heartthrob, who has been dating his co-star for five years, has vowed to wait until he is 40 to tie the knot.
He said: "We definitely won`t be getting married anytime soon. I definitely feel much too young. When I get married it will happen at the age of 40 at the earliest."
To add insult to injury, the 22-year-old went on to describe his brunette girlfriend as if he was talking about a pair of old slippers, although he did have the grace to say her beauty made him feel awkward.
He told a German mag: "Dating Vanessa makes many things much easier, because you understand each other without having to explain a lot.
"In terms of planning, I am very picky - worse than any woman. I drive everyone mad, except for Vanessa - she is always very understanding.
"The only disadvantage is that she is always dressed so stunningly that I look awkward and stand out."
I think you`re supposed to say that she stands out, Zac.
