Courtney Love is set to perform at Afisha Picnic
One of the most eccentric American musicians, Kurt Cobain`s widow has been reportedly drug-free since 2005, and will play a gig on July 23 in Moscow.
The open-air music festival held in Kolomenskoye puts under the spotlight cutting-edge international and Russian stars, and has long been a must for the fun-loving young crowd.
Among the main highlights of the festival this year will be a performance from the UK`s indie rock band Kaiser Chiefs whose debut album "Employment" was an international hit.
Last year pop/ska legend Madness and Amanda Palmer from The Dresden Dolls were among the headliners of the popular music festival which also serves as a playground for popular sports games, gastronomical events and casual fashion shows.
