Kelly Rowland slaps a sex ban on her singers
JUDGE Kelly Rowland has slapped a sex and booze ban on her final eight X Factor singers.
The former Destiny`s Child star will not even let the girls go to parties - in case they lose their voices shouting to pals over loud music.
Kelly, 30 - who is determined to beat the other judges - believes the tough rules will keep the wannabes focused on winning the show.
She is currently in Miami filming the judges` houses section.
And she has pulled in Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson to help her choose which of the eight singers will become the final four.
Non-drinker Kelly said: "There will be absolutely no alcohol, no smoking, no talking loud in clubs. I want them to take care of their bodies."
And she has warned her girls about forming relationships in the X Factor house.
She added: "I will be like, `Don`t let anything knock you off your focus, or you will lose everything`."
Kelly admits she never went out alone until she was 22 and she wants her girls who are aged 16 to 25 to follow her example.
She added: "I didn`t party until two years ago."
Kelly revealed show boss Simon Cowell has given her and fellow judges Tulisa Contostavlos, Louis Walsh and Gary Barlow carte blanche to make this year`s X Factor the best yet.
Gary - who has already filmed his judges` house scenes with bandmate Robbie Williams in LA - tried to get one up on the other judges by giving his final four an early schedule for the live finals.
But Kelly admits she`s pipped him by being in constant contact with her brood since bootcamp.
And the girls are working with her personal vocal coach Rob Stevens, who has designed an iPhone app called Voice Tutor which they can use to improve their voices.
Kelly said: "I definitely have a schedule planned, I know what I`m doing.
"I have my vocal coach in there working with them now."
Kelly also revealed any divas will get the boot. She said: "I am a softie but I`m tough too."
