Two boys drown in Urals ice tragedy
YEKATERINBURG, November 9 - Two young boys have drowned after falling through ice in a Urals village, a local official said Wednesday.
The official said the boys, aged five and six, had drowned under the first ice, even though winter had not yet properly hit the Chelyabinsk region, which bordering with Kazakhstan is two time zones ahead of Moscow.
Twelve people died in similar accidents in southern Urals in October and November last year, including three small children.
