Huge accident happened in Russia. 4 people died and 38 cars were damaged!
The accident happened on the highway 136 km, Moscow - Nizhnii Novgorod. The main reason that caused the accident was that in this area a lot of peat-bogs and woods were burnt. That?s why vision was very bad, one can say 0%. As some drivers said, they couldn?t see anything, they just heard the noises of the cars bumping into the other cars.
Alexander Nazarov, vise-chief of the Road Police Department of Vladimir region, informes: "The main reason of this accident was bad vision and breaking traffic rules. In such conditions the speed should not be higher that 5 km/hour, but the speed of the cars was 60-90 km/hour.
After the accident there was traffic jam for long hours.
