Presentation of monument to homeless dog killed by model
Presentation of monument to homeless dog which will be erected on subway station "Mendeleevskaya" in Moscow will be held on Wednesday at Darvin museum.
Memorable sign named "Sympathy" will be ercted on the place where 4 years ago 22-year old top-model Yuliana Romanova thrust with knife dog Malchik, protected by metropolitan workers.
Malchik - black-and-yellow outbred dog with size of large sheep dog. He was fed regularly by salespeople from kiosks situated in pedestrian subway where dog lived for several years.
The murder was of good stock - 22-year old photo model Yuliana Romanova. As witnesses of incident told, she was working down the pedestrian subway with her Staffordshire terrier. Suddenly the owner of dog began to set her dog at mongrel peacefully sleeping. After that Yuliana joined into struggle. She took kitchen knife out of her bag and started to hit Malchik: totally 6 wounds in different parts of body.
This murder found wide response from society. "Resonance was huge, the troop of national artists turned to metropolitan administration with request to support idea of memorable sign creation. This is a protest against cruelty to alive creatures".
