China launches spaceship on October 13
In a week China will launch second piloted spaceship with 2 cosmonauts on board.
The second Chinese piloted space flight will start on 11:00 by Peking time on October 12. But the time can be changed because of weather conditions. Chinese engineering academy representative Czyan Czinshan said that two cosmonauts for near-earth orbit flight are already chosen but he refused to name them.
There was information in "Shanhai Morning Press" that possible candidates on second flight can be Chjai Chjigan and Ne Haishan. It was also said that spaceship will start from Czuzuan cosmodrome, which is situated in north-west Chinise province Gansu, and will land in inhabitant steppe region of Interior Mongolia.
In 2003 China became third after Russia and USA country which launched spaceship with a human on board.
Chinese scientists plan to launch investigation sonde to Moon in 2007 and also to land unpiloted space apparatus on Moon by 2017.
