Alexei Morozov to be captain of Russian national hockey team
"Ak Bars" forward Alexei Morozov will be the captain of Russian national team on Finnish lap of ice hockey European tournament.
He will begin first game of the tournament against Finnish national team which begins on Thursday at 19:30. Moscow "soldier" Sergey Mozyakin and Vladimir Antipor from Yaroslavl "Locomotiv" will be his assistants.
Maxim Sokolov from St. Petersburg CKA will be the goalkeeper during this match.
First group in the game with Finns: full-backs Kirill Koltsov and Sergey Vyshedkevich, forwards Alexei Morozov, Igor Emeleev and Alexander Semin; second group: full-backs Mikhail Chernov and Sergey Zhukov, forwards Vladimir Antipov, Andrei Taratukhin and Alexei Mikhnov; third group: full-backs Georgy Misharin and Vadim Khomitsky, forwards Sergey Krivokrasov, Alexander Nikulin and Sergey Mozyakin, fourth group: full-backs Dmitry Vorobiev and Evgeny Korolev, forwards Alexei Simakov, Evgeny Gladskikh and Stanislav Chistov.
Main coach of Russian national team Vladimir Krikunov has come to Finland from North America who had searched for candidates to Russian Olympic team.
