Russia refuses from chicken-meat
According to result of poll, conducted by fund "Public opinion", 24% of Russians announced that they stopped buying national chicken meat.
In August when epizootic of bird flu just started, this number was sufficiently less - 16%.
Another 16% of Russians started to buy Russian chicken meat rarer than they used to. Meanwhile respondents of this group are most worried (79%) about spread of this disease.
But more than half of questioned declared that bird flu didn`t change their food habits. These respondents buy national chicken meat "as often as before" despite of illness threat.
Sociologists noted that majority of Russian are not tired from flow of information about bird flu which is published in mass media for 3 months already. 7% even suppose that it is little said about epidemic in newspapers and on TV.
