Drunk grandmother crushed granddaughter in sleep
In Poronaisk town, Sakhalin, 1.5 year old girl died from suffocation under body of drunk grandmother, sleeping nearby. Poronaisl Office of Public Prosecutor instituted legal proceedings against 40-year old woman on suspicion of causing death to a child because of carelessness.
"Investigation found out that grandmother temporary looked after child. After drinking alcohol, she put granddaughter in bed beside herself and crushed girl with own body in sleep", - noted investigation.
