Ministry of adoption to be formed in Russia
Deputy of Russian general prosecutor Valdimir Kolesnikov suggested forming of special department on federal level in charge of adoption questions.
"We must form either committee or ministry on federal level and assign responsibilities of all departments in legislation, but make this committee the head one", - declared Kolesnikov during his speech in State Duma.
Moreover he suggested to institute criminal proceedings for mediation during children adoption. "I think this will happen soon. This article is of vital importance and must appear in Criminal Code. Amendments are already introduced in State Duma", - announced Kolesnikov.
Answering question about other measures of General Office of Public Prosecutor against children adoption violators, Kolesnikov noted: "We suggest the strongest measures". He didn`t specify the conception of these suggestions.
