Day after day Khodorkovsky gets more and more indictments.
The Moscow Department of carrying out sentences can execute the sentence on Michael Khodorkovsky and Platon Lebedev.
Now the officials have documents and according to the law they will choose to what prison and for how long convicted Chodorkovskii and Lebedev will be sent.
But there is possibility that new arraignments can take place.
October 5 and 6 the Office of Public Prosecutor searched a lot of companies which were connected with "YUKOS". The investigation was done in purpose to find out legalization of the big sum of money by the members of the oil company.
The search was held in Moscow, Moscow region, Amsterdam, Bank "Russian Credit", Invest Bank "Trust", National Bank "Trust", and also in the couple of companies in the village Zhukovka.
The government investigators found a lot of necessary documentation: documents about buying-selling stocks, different contracts, documents and stamps of other companies.
Now the investigators are studying the documents. Some of them will be examined in presence of the foreign colleagues of Office of Public Prosecutor.
As for Khodorhovsky, he says that he won?t be surprised if day after day he will get more and more indictments.
