Meeting of Russian-Japanese sage Council held in Tokyo
On Saturday evening an unofficial friendly meeting of co-chairmen of Russian-Japanese sage Council Moscow mayor Yuri Luzhkov and ex-premier-minister Iosiro Mori took place in reception hall of foreign political organization.
The purpose of this public structure is suggestion making on effective decisions of most important Russian-Japanese problems.
Council consists of 7 people from every side. Russia along with Yuri Luzhkov is represented by first woman-cosmonaut Valentina Tereshkova, president of scientific center "Kurchatovsky institute" Evgeny Velikhov, rector of Moscow State University Victor Sadovnichy, vice-speaker of State Duma Georgy Boos, president of Russian Businessmen and Industrialist Association Arkady Volsky.
