Mikhail Evdokimov used rotating beacon illegally
A rotating beacon was set to an automobile Mercedes of the dead Altai governor Mikhail Evdokimove has been set without a special permit.
That information appeared during a legal process against Oleg Shcherbinsky who was charged by the office of public prosecutor with violation of rule of the road which caused death of the governor and his driver and security guard at 7 August 2005. According to data of Sherbinsky?s lawyers Ivan Zuev did not have permission for using a rotating beacon. He had acquired a right to use it earlier but the time of using it was out when the accident took place. The representatives of territory?s motor licensing and inspection department as well confirmed they warned I. Zuev about inadmissible using of the rotating beacon. The next sitting of the court was assigned at 6 December 2005.
