Ukraine removed ban on chicken import from Russia
From December 2 Ukraine removed a ban on chicken meat import from Russia, which was introduced in August of current year in the view of bird flu.
The head of Russian Agricultural Inspection Sergey Dankvert informed that he received a letter from leading state inspector of Ukrainian veterinarian medicine Petr Verbiczkiy, where he notified about ban removal.
Limitations on production import remain only for those Russian regions where bird flu was registered (Novosibirskaya, Kurganskaya, Chelyabinskaya, Tambovskaya, Astralhanskaya, Tumenskaya and Omskaya oblasts, and Altaisky krai).
