New guilty of Evdokimov?s death


A fault of a driver of the governor of Altai territory Mikhail Evdokimov had a place in his death.
An assistant of Russian General Public Prosecutor in Siberian federal district Valentin Simuchenkov reported about that on Friday.

"Both governor?s driver and a driver of a car Toyota Marino which collided with Evdokimov?s automobile were guilty", - said Simuchenkov and added "the fault was mutual". However the assistant said that did not exempt the driver of Toyota Marina Oleg Shcherbinsky from criminal liability.

Simuchenkov said that in the course of investigation sufficient conclusive base was collected which testifies against Shcherbinsky. "I have confirmed the accusatory conclusion of this case. If there were not enough evidences I would never confirm it", - noticed the assistant of General Public Prosecutor.

He said also that organs of Public Prosecutor are now busy with examining on fact of the appearance in the internet of an open letter on behalf of a widow of the dead governor. "From what source did it appeared and how, we are examining now", - said Simuchenkov. It is not clear who was interested in that, he reported. The widow Evdokimova said through her lawyer that she did not write this letter.
