2 teams-winners of the group will pass to play-offs.

Group А: Germany (1), Costa-Rica (2), Poland (3), Ecuador (4).
Group В: England (1), Paraguay (2), Trinidad and Tobago (3), Sweden (4).
Group С: Argentina (1), Cote d`Ivoire (2), Serbia and Montenegrin (3); Nederland (4).
Group D: Mexico (1), Iran (2), Angola (3), Portugal (4).
Group E: Italy (1), Ghana (2), USA (3), Czech republic (4).
Group G: France (1), Switzerland (2), South Korea (3), Togo (4).
Group H: Spain (1), Ukraine (2), Tunis (3), Saudi Arabia (4).
Group F: Brazil (1), Croatia (2), Australia (3), Japan (4).
