The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine terminated the range of capabilities of the people's Deputy, leader of the " UDAR " Vitali Klitschko in connection with his election to the post of the mayor of Kiev. The corresponding decision was supported by 256 parliamentarians with the necessary minimum of 226 votes. Elections of the mayor and Kyiv city Council took place in the capital on may 25.
