Saratov authorities requested the Ministry of transport of the Russian Federation to take into subjection to the highway in Kazakhstan
Today, 10 June, at the meeting of the Saratov regional Duma the deputies adopted an appeal to the Minister of transport of the Russian Federation Maxim Sokolov on the problem of transfer in the Federal property of the road Engels - Ershov - Ozinki - border of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
As has told to the journalist of the news Agency in information-analytical Department of the regional Duma, the transmission route Engels - Ozinki - Kazakhstan to the Federal property caused by the signing in may 2014 agreement between Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus on establishment of the Eurasian economic Union. As expected, the turnover between the countries will increase. The government of Kazakhstan with own hand, have already planned the restoration in 2015 the road of national importance Uralsk - Russian border.
in addition, according to the information of the Saratov customs, during the last period of time there is a tendency to growth of volumes of articles carried by the information of the road. Thus, during the first five months of 2013 was registered 2318 parties items transported through the territory of the Saratov region in Uralsk (Kazakhstan), and for the same period in 2014 - 3246 parties objects. In the Saratov region with the most intensive traffic transit road transport in Kazakhstan is carried out by road of the General using of regional value Engels - Ershov - Ozinki. It is part of the Asian highway network of roads IN Kashi - Bishkek - Ciment - Uralsk - Ozinki - Saratov - Kursk - Ukraine border, and is, truly, the " gate " of the Russian Federation in the Central Asian direction.
