Bruce Mizamore leaves "YUKOS"
Financial director of "YUKOS" Bruce Mizamore leaves the company.
Supposedly, his resignation application, handed in on Tuesday, will be examined and approved by board of "YUKOS" directors on Friday.
Mizamore says in application: "In the view of situation at "YUKOS", I am not able to represent company effectively and act as a financial director. I made all possible attempts to solve problems of company but since "YUKOS" is under groundless attacks from side of Russian government and administration, I can not change the situation".
Mizamore pretends on 2.5 millions of "YUKOS" stocks (about $4.2 millions at 14.12.2005) as dismissal pay but the sum can decrease to $1 million.
USA citizen Bruce Mizamore became financial director of "YUKOS" in Ocober, 2001. During work in company, Mizamore participated in deal of "YUKOS" and "Sibneft" amalgamation, which was not finished. After arrest of Hodorkovsky and Lebedev, Mizamore was among authors of unsuccessful rescue plan for the company.
