Murder of Peruvian in Voronezh to cost Russia 3 millions euros
Relatives of Peruvian, who was killed in Voronezh, intend to bring a suit against Russian government for inviting of young man to study without providing necessary safety.
Today a press-conference of parents of Angelis Urtado Enrique Arturo - a Peruvian student, killed as a result of attack of local hooligans on October 9 - was held in Voronezh.
Arturo family has arrived to Voronezh by invitation of regional Office of Public Prosecutor for examination of the criminal case, instituted according to articles 105, part 2 ("Group murder by hooligan motives") and 213, part 2 ("Hooliganism").
13 young people were detained on suspicion of the committing of this crime. One of the arrested is accused according to article 105, part 2 ("Committing of murder by motives of national and racial hatred), the rest of the arrested citizens - in assault and battery of Peruvian and Spanish citizens.
As Mrs. and Mr. Arturo declared, they intend to bring an action against Russian government. Sum of the claim is 3 millions euros. Another action will be brought against Peruvian state organization INABEK, which sent Angelis Urtado Enrique Arturo on studies to Russia.
