The number of immigrants in the world for the first time after the Second world war was over 50 million people
The number of displaced people in the world because of increase of crisis situations on the planet while preserving long-standing conflicts in the 1st time after the Second world war has exceeded 50 million people, a report from the high Commissioner of the United Nations on Affairs of immigrants (UNHCR). As emphasized in the document, the publication of which is timed to celebrate the 20th of June the world day of immigrants, in 2013, the number of forced migrants in the world reached 51, 2 million people, 6 million more than in 2012, when outside their homes were 45, 2 million people, ITAR-TASS reported.
