Ukraine government resignation not constitutional, considers Ukraine President Yushchenko. On Tuesday Ukrainian parliament voted for the government resignation. "This decision is not constitutional", said he on arriving to Astana airport in Kazakhstan.
Yushchenko is to participate in inauguration ceremony for Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbaev.
Yushchenko promised to give more detailed comments on the parliament decision later. "I would like my lawyers and government?s lawyers to consider the case, after that we will give more comprehensive comment", said Yushchenko. He informed, that he was not going to cut down his visit to Kazakhstan in connection with this Parliament decision.
In the course of inauguration celebrations Yushchenko schedules to have bilateral meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Moreover, Yushchenko is to meet Afghanistan President Khamid Karzai and Georgia President Mikhail Saakashvili.
On January, 11, after the Inauguration ceremony Yushchenko is to meet Kazakhstan President Nazarbaev "tete-a-tete".
On the Ukrainian delegation there are Naftagas of Ukraine chairman Aleksey Ivchenko, Minister of Fuel and Energy Ivan Plachkov, the head of President?s secretariat Oleg Rybachuk.
