Abramovich awarded order for developing of Chukotka
Vladimir Putin has signed a decree about decorating of Roman Abramovich with order of Honour for "an important contribution to social-economic development of Chukotka autonomous okrug".
It should be mentioned that Chukchi - native population of the region - regard the oligarch Roman Abramovch as almost a god for improving of living standards.
