Ex-head of "Yukos" Khodorkovsky to leave penal isolator today
Ex-head of oil company "Yukos" Mikhail Khodorkovsky, who serves sentence in Chita colony, should go out of penal isolator on Sunday.
As his Chita lawyer Natalia Terekhova has informed, Khodorkovsky has spent 5 days in isolator for keeping of prohibited documents.
Khodorkovsky`s defence has lodged the complaint about recovery of penalty to the city court of Krasnokamensk. In opinion of the lawyer, there were no ground for applied sanctions.
This is the second penalty of Yukos ex-head during his stay in Chita colony. First time Khodorkovsky was rebuked for leaving a working place without permission.
In opinion of Khodorkovsky`s defence penalties may negatively impact on decision of punishment commutation. This question is sold half a year after imprisonment.
Khodorkovsky is sentenced to 8 years of imprisonment in correctional colony of general regime, which is situated 550 km from Chita, in the suburbs of Krasnokamensk town.
