Condition of soldier Andrei Sychev stays severe but there is tendency to recovery
There is a tendency to recovery in health state of soldier Andrei Sychev crippled in Chelyabinsk tank school as a result of unregulated relationships between servicemen.
This was informed by the head of reanimation department of the city clinical hospital N 3 Anatoly Belitsky.
"Condition of the patient improves but is still severe, - he said. - Next examination will reveal the tendency. In case of favorable results we will turn medical ventilation apparatus off. Then a question about treatment of soldier in ordinary ward or other clinics will be solved. But this is a matter of time. Andrei doesn`t speak because of ventilation tube, but feels himself better. At present moment investigators of Office of military Prosecutor speak with him".
The incident with Andrei Sychev, who lost both legs as a result of humiliation of elder servicemen, aroused huge public resonance.
Dozens of people from different parts of the countries and even abroad render their assistance. A special account was opened in "Ural bank" of Russian Savings Bank for donations. Ministry of Defence granted money to mother of the soldier, medical treatment is paid by military department. All efforts for rescue of Andrei Sychev`s life are made.
