Hotel "Russia" panels to be used for 5 hotels construction
The panels of the to be demolished hotel Russia will be used for construction of 5-6 new hotels, informed the head of Moscow building complex administration Vladimir Resin at the press-conference in the Moscow authorities Information centre on Wednesday.
"Within several days we are starting demolishing the hotel "Russia". The panels and other parts of the hotel will be used for 5-6 new hotels construction in different districts of Moscow".
He also informed, that in May-June the new hotel construction on the place of "Intourist" to be finished, and the hotel would be open in September.
"We have closed the hotel "Russia", "Moscow", "Minsk". We need to construct new hotels with appropriate number of places. More tourists are coming to Moscow, than before. We need new hotels", noted Resin.
