Dmitry Khvorostovsky and Rene Fleming to perform in Moscow on Monday
Famous musicians Dmitry Khvorostovsky and Rene Fleming will perform in Big hall of Moscow conservatoire on Monday. This was informed by Khvorostovsky during Sunday press-conference.
They will play fragments from musical compositions of Tchaikovsky, Borodin, Mussorgsky, Verdi accompanied by State Academic Chamber orchestra of Russia under conducting of Konstantin Orblyan and Chorus of chorus art Academy under conducting of Victor Popov.
"We know each other for a long time. I admire Rene as an actress, singer, musician and person", - said Khvorostovsky.
"She is a singer, who can do everything on stage. Her repertoire covers almost all variety of music, from earliest to modern compositions, both opera and chamber", - he noted.
The concert opens a cycle "Khvorostovsky and friends", where the world famous tenor will perform with his friends and colleagues.
