A group of residents of Slavyansk damaged the memorial plaque in honor of Joseph Kobzon, installed on the building of the city library.
in the Internet there is a VIDEO showing how the activists trying to break a commemorative plaque. From library building and a woman came out and asked a group of citizens to stop attempts to disrupt the plate. However, the citizens do not stop, motivating their actions by the fact that Kobzon supported the " occupation " of Ukraine. VIDEO
