Refugee status of Berezovsky to be reviewed
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Great Britain Jack Strow warned fugitive Russian oligarch Boris Berezovsky that British authorities may review his refugee status.
The cause of sanctions is recent statements of Berezovsky about organization of overturn in Russia. In January Berezovsky has announced about preparations of force capture of power in Russia.
Fugitive oligarch has got the status of political refugee in Great Britain in 2003.
"Forcible overthrow of State regime is unacceptable and government will not allow use of United Kingdom as base for fomentation of disorders and terrorism in other countries", - said Strow.
Written statement of foreign minister emphasizes that Great Britain didn`t invite Berezovsky to the country.
"People granted status of political refugees in Great Britain has certain obligation to the country and should follow state laws and rules, - was said in statement. - Refugee status may be reviewed at any moment if British authorities find behavior of refugees harmful for public order".
