This information has been revealed by one of the movement organizers Alexei Kononov today.
According to Kononov, the movement has nothing to do with politics, and its main object is "to raise the question of the city ecological safety and find out ho "CFC-Plastic" well the monopolist of garbage processing uses the city funds"
The experiment, according to Kononov, will be made as follows: specialists will produce several units with little radio-beacons, which will be put into several refuse bins in the city, including industrial plants. With the help of such units, the members of the movement will be able to follow the way of the garbage from a refuse bin to either specialized dump or to an unapproved.
Kononov underlined that members of the movement do not claim to present the ultimate truth, but they just want to help the city to solve the problem with garbage utilization. Kononov presented the map of garbage blockade of St. Petersburg, where the activists of the movement has drawn the most unfavourable districts and unapproved dumps.
