Russian team wins four medals on second day of Paralympic Winter Games
On the second day of IX Paralympic Games in Torino the Russian team won four medals.
Taras Krizhanovskiy, excelled in the ski races on 5 km among wheelchair athletes, put the only "gold" of Sunday into the bank of our team.
19 year old Anna Burmistrova won silver reward in the ski races on 5 km among the athletes with the disturbance of locomotor apparatus (coming out upright).
The second and third places in the ski races on 5 km among the visually handicapped women sportsmen got Tatiana Ilyuchenko and Lubov Vasilyeva.
After two days of Paralympiad the team of Russia retains the first place in the medal classification: three "gold", five "silver" and two "bronze".
