Group of Russian experts takes flight to Hague
A group of Russian specialists from the Bakulev`s Scientific center of the cardiovascular surgery headed by the academician Leo Bokeria has departed to the Hague to study the results of the autopsy of the body of ex-President of Yugoslavia Slobodan Milosevic on Tuesday.
The officials from the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development could not say, when the group of specialists should return to Moscow.
Milosevic was discovered dead on March 11 in the camera of the Hague tribunal prison.
The head of Russian Ministry og Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov stated earlier that Russia has the right not to trust to the results of the expertise of the reasons of Milosevic death. He reminded that Moscow was ready to guarantee, that the ex-President of Yugoslavia would return to the Hague after the treatment in the Russian Federation, but the Hague tribunal considered these guarantees insufficient.
"In the situation, when they did not believe us, we also have the right not to trust", said Lavrov.
