Remains of general Denikin brought from New York to Paris
The body of Russian general Anton Denikin was brought from New York to Paris late Thursday evening. It will be sent to Moscow for reinterment announced one of Russian delegation members, representative of Moscow Patriarchy Nikolai Balashov.
The remains of Denikin and his wife who was buried in Paris earlier will be carried to Aleksandro-Nevsky cathedral of Paris capital. The remains of Russian philosopher Ivan Ilyin and his wife which were brought from Zurich will be delivered here, too.
There will be a service for dead outstanding Russians in Alexandro-Nevsky cathedral. During the service two choruses will be singing - one from the Aleksandro-Nevsky cathedral (Paris) and another from Sretensky monastery (Moscow).
On Sunday October 2 the remains will be delivered to Moscow and transferred with all military honors proper for general Denikin to Donskoy Monastery, where they will be solemnly buried.
