Russian boxer Valuev to have a fight with world boxing champion Ruiz
The world boxing champion Jhon Ruiz agreed to have a fight with the Russian heavy-weight Nikolay Valuev as the website AllBoxing.ru informed.
A manager of the champion Don King didn?t announce about the fight officially but it is known that it will take place in Germany, in October 17. Ruiz will defend his title of the champion which he got in spring when the winner James Tony couldn?t have passed dope-control.
32 years old Nikolay Valuev won the title "candidate for the world champion of WBA" after victory over Larry Donald. In that fight he received the title "intercontinental champion of WBA".
Nicolay became the first Russian boxer who got the status "candidate for the boxing champion of heavy-weight category".
Valuev has won in 42 fights. He won a victory over 11 boxers.
